全球高端旋转阀

　　High-temperature resistant water-cooled rotary valve, ZGS-F-DN150. material in contact with the material: 310S, chain drive, discharge capacity of 0.8 cubic meters/h, feed temperature of 1000 degrees (max), material density of approximately 700kg/m³, rated material conveying capacity of 50~100kg/h (conveying capacity adjustable via frequency conversion, 24-hour continuous operation). Valve body surface coating: silicone high-temperature aluminum powder paint, paint dry film thickness of 60um, shaft sealing form: pure graphite packing seal, reducer: Tongli R47-29.88-0.75. infinitely variable speed adjustment from 1 to 7 times.

　　ZGS耐高温旋转阀系列旋转阀卸料阀，主要用于锅炉、火力发电、锂电、化工等行业，本产品精选耐高温轴承，箱体叶轮轴承座采用循环水冷却，能承受高温。本系列产品也可根据用户特殊要求定制技术参数。

　　适用于温度过高的物料，很好的降温。

　　阀体：采用整体浇铸于不锈钢全面通水降温。

　　端盖采用全面通水降温，避免轴承传递高温。

　　叶轮主轴采用全面通水降温，避免高温形变，影响同心度。

　　耐高温≤1000℃为常规品，>1300℃ 可按需定制。

       部分选用耐高温高压旋转阀/水冷式旋转阀案例：

　　耐高温水冷旋转阀，ZGS-F-DN150.物料接触材质：310S，链条传动，卸料量0.8立方米/h，进料温度1000度(max)物料密度约700kg/m³，物料额定输送量50~100kg/h(输送量变频可调，24h连续运行)阀体表面喷涂：有机硅高温铝粉漆，油漆干膜厚度60um，轴密封形式：纯石墨盘根密封，减速机：通力R47-29.88-0.75.无极变速1-7倍调速。

　　介质为钛白粉硬度高，温度600度，还有吸附性强，需求耐高温耐磨钛白粉。

　　物料铁红1000~1100℃，有些酸性物质(硫酸盐分解后)要求耐腐蚀耐高温，旋转阀口径DN200.要求密封性能好，316L材质，防爆电机。

　　耐高温星型卸料器：DN500 PN10  L=680mm 输送物料铁粉，外壳和转子材质:不锈钢 转子板材厚度:8mm 耐高温500度以上。减速机:GRF89-B4-4P-41.92-M1-D350-ZPIEC 电机功率:4W防爆等级:ExdIICT4.能效:一级防护等级:IP55绝缘等级:F。

　　替代科倍隆Coperion，水泥行业用ZRD 630.1-172-GC-DP1  1bar，450℃。

　　替代新加坡rotolok品牌RV7322系列，耐高温300℃的粉尘下料旋转阀，0.5m³/h，减速机SEW。

　　额定卸料量:36m³/h，介质特性:物料名称:粉体、颗粒、块状物;粒度:<3 mm;推积密度:800 kg/m³，法兰标准D250 PH6.工作温度:600℃(根据介质特性选择耐高温或低温材料)。工作压力:负压工况:≥0.3MPa(需满足系统气密要求)。密封性:在额定压力下，采用迷宫式密封、填料密封或气密封。耐磨性:转子、壳体等易磨损部件采用耐磨材料(如高铬铸铁、陶瓷涂层)。噪音控制:运行噪音<30dB(距离设备1m处测里)，连续运行时间:≥6000小时/年，年故障率≤1%。壳体:采用整体铸造或焊接结构，内壁光滑无死角，便于清洁与维护。阀体材质高铬合金铸钢 符合GB/T700或GB/T24511标准，表面喷砂处理或抛光。密封件: 聚四氟乙烯、高温镍丝盘根、芳纶复合盘根。

　　火力发电厂在省煤器出口、SCR脱硝入口段，抽取部分烟气进行高温烟气的除尘。需要在储灰缓冲罐下加装正压稀相气力输送系统。烟气温度：在300∽500℃范围内;输送介质：烟气中的粉煤灰;输送能力：输送容积0.7∽2m3/h，按不小于2m3/h设计选型;输送粉煤灰的重量约1600kg/h。输送管道长度：直管段≤5m;输送抬升高度：0m;(按2m考虑)。

　　DN200.高度400mm ，输送物料炉渣，温度1000度，水冷式耐高温旋转阀。

　　介质是锂电池三元前驱体，电池材料温度150°，最高温度150°内衬0.3mm氧化锆陶瓷，DN150.

　　物料：生活垃圾，要求耐高温，耐高压，高温1000度~1100度，压力3公斤，密封星型卸料阀要求进料同时不漏气不卡料。

　　The medium is a lithium battery ternary precursor, with the battery material temperature at 150°C and a maximum temperature of 150°C. It is lined with 0.3mm zirconia ceramic, DN150.

　　Material: household waste, requiring high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, with a temperature range of 1000°C to 1100°C and a pressure of 3 kg. The sealed star-shaped discharge valve is required to ensure no air leakage and no material jamming during feeding.

　　The thermal power plant extracts a portion of flue gas for high-temperature dust removal at the outlet of the economizer and the inlet section of the SCR denitration system. A positive pressure dilute-phase pneumatic conveying system needs to be installed under the ash storage buffer tank. Flue gas temperature: within the range of 300∽500℃; conveying medium: pulverized coal ash in the flue gas; conveying capacity: conveying volume of 0.7∽2m3/h, designed and selected based on a minimum of 2m3/h; weight of pulverized coal ash conveyed is approximately 1600kg/h. Length of conveying pipeline: straight pipe section ≤5m; conveying lift height: 0m; (considered as 2m).
