全球高端旋转阀

　　Fully nylon rotary valve, DN300. used for conveying lithium battery raw materials, with a temperature threshold of over 130 degrees, a capacity of 16L, a rotational speed of 40r/min, a motor power of 1.5kw, and a level 2 energy efficiency.

　　Materials: lithium iron phosphate, rotary valve DN200. rotor made of nylon, valve body coated with F46. height 290. PN10. rotational speed 25. capacity 4.5t/h, bulk density 0.7.

　　Material: lithium battery powder, nylon-lined star feeder valve, DN200-4L, material temperature around 100 degrees Celsius, with some production lines operating at higher temperatures exceeding 200 degrees Celsius, bulk density of 660 Kg/m³, 0.25 MPa.

　　尼龙星型旋转阀：

　　主要结构：壳体、叶轮、端盖，采用改性尼龙(全尼龙 或 内衬尼龙)。

　　主要用于输送锂电池正极材料、磷酸铁锂、三元材料、化工、制药等。

　　特点：改性尼龙比普通尼龙更耐磨、耐高温。

　　技术研发于2016年，批量生产于2018年，2020年更新第4代尼龙星型旋转阀，目前有尼龙星型旋转阀专利。

　　物料：锂电粉料，尼龙内衬星型给料阀，DN200-4L,物料温度大约100度,有的产线运行速度快的还是有超过200度的，堆密度660Kg/m3.0.25Mpa.

　　锂电尼龙旋转阀,采用变频器控制下料速度;耐磨尼龙转子,阀体材质SUS304内衬尼龙，间隙设计需防止受热卡顿。轴套需非金属耐磨,且轴套长度需延伸到尼龙转子的端面;阀体侧壁偏下设吹气孔，304不锈钢吹气管，电机采用变频电机，减速机采用齿轮;旋转阀总高度约400mm，有效容积≥6L，额定转速25转/min(变频可调) 。

　　全尼龙卸灰阀，φ250或250*250.除尘器上用，除尘器负压5000Pa左右，配双防爆电机，功率:0.75KW。

　　物料特性碱性，0.1-1mm，含氢氧化钾，尼龙旋转阀，尺寸DN200和DN150.需密封锁气，气密封，阀体及转子都是尼龙，负压输送。

　　全尼龙旋转阀，DN300.输送锂电原料，温度大于130度，容量16L，转速40r/min，电机功率1.5kw，二级能效。

　　物料：石英二氧化硅粉料，负压输送，以前用的阀磨损比较厉害，需要改性尼龙，DN300(Φ350x5.5)密度980kg/m³,堆密度500 kg/m³,流量500kg/h，转子转速16~24 rpm，容积效率80%，气密测试压力1kg/cm3.入口压力40kpa，出口压力:常压，设计压力0.1MPa。
