全球高端旋转阀

　　Conveying material: lithium battery cathode material, variable frequency air-locking rotary valve, model: DN250. PN10. power: 1.1KW, variable frequency speed regulation; sealed air-locking structure, capacity 8 tons/h, pressure resistance 8bar.

　　耐高压星型旋转阀：

　　主要结构：壳体、叶轮、端盖，采用机械手喷涂，碳化钨、纳米陶瓷、特氟龙、四氟等。

　　主要用于输送锂电池正极材料、磷酸铁锂、三元材料、化工、制药等。

　　特点：杜绝金属接触，防腐蚀，增加旋转阀使用寿命。针对有腐蚀物料、有害气体，实现零泄漏、耐腐蚀、耐磨。

　　主要材质：不锈钢、哈氏合金、钛合金、铝合金、各种合金。

       高压≤1MPa为常规品，＞1MPa 可按需定制。

      输送物料：锂电正极材料，变频锁气旋转阀，型号:DN250.PN10.功率:1.1KW，变频调速;密封锁气结构，能力8吨/h，耐压8bar。

　　出口旋转阀：RDV DN200旋转盘阀+RDDV DN225.阀门密封面直径：Ø200 mm，工作压力：≥1MPa，工作温度：≥450℃，执行器工作压力：0.4-0.6 MPa，工作环境：粉煤灰、高磨损;整个阀盘表面：钨合金钢(Wonfram);钨层厚度(Wonfram)：04毫米;硬度：≥70 HRC，阀盘体：S45C碳钢。阀座环材料：钨合金钢(Wonfram);硬度：≥70HR。螺栓孔中心直径：470mm;螺栓孔数量：8个孔;螺栓孔直径：Ø23mm。

　　阀门开启/关闭机制：减少阀门之间的摩擦，阀盘和密封圈，限制密封圈、密封件的损坏，耐粉煤灰、高温和高压造成的磨损。

　　直径500的旋转供料器，前面有罗茨风机4000风量，0.6MPa，物料是木质砂光粉和木质刨花，需求耐高压，密封锁气。

　　物料粉料，耐高压型8公斤，需要密封性能好，下面是气力输送系统，旋转阀尺寸DN400.
